Nate Adams Takes Red Bull X-Fighters Title
ONE Industries rider Nate Adams wrapped up the championship at London’s Battersea Power Station Saturday night in front of a sold out crowd at the final round of the Red Bull X-Fighters Series.
The Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour invaded five cities around the world, each with a distinct location, playing host to over 200,000 fans that witnessed the best FMX riders in the world battling it out for the X-Fighters Championship. It all wrapped up Saturday night at the legendary Battersea Power Station located on the south bank of the River Thames in London.
Nate entered the final round as the series points leader, but there were three other riders who still had a shot at the title. Adams did what he needed to and killed it every time he hit the course, proving that he had what it took to claim the event win and the series championship.
“Man, it feels awesome to win!” said Adams. “After missing Round 1 in Mexico City, I didn’t even think I had a chance at the title. Then, after the event in Spain, it set in that I could pull it off,” he continues. “I buckled down before X-Games, where I got a bronze, and that left me a little irritated making me want to win this super bad! It feels really good to have a winning season again!” concluded Nate regarding his X-Fighters title.
