The U.S. Open racing weekend in Las Vegas got kicked off at the inaugural Transworld Motocross Awards on Thursday night. Held at the Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, the show awarded several riders for their achievements in Motocross and FMX for 2009.
Opening the show was ONE athlete Nate Adams laying down some rhymes showcasing his talents away from the motorcycle. Adams who was nominated for FMX Rider Of The Year, has been working in his recording studio when he isn’t riding and he definitely impressed the un-expecting crowd with his opening act.
ONE Industries sponsored a suite at the event and offered a great place for our customers, athletes and industry guests to hang out for the show. The suite offered a premium view of the stage and was a great place for everyone to get together.
Transworld honored seven different winners for the night and ONE sponsored athletes took home an impressive four awards. Check out the winners below along with some behind the scenes photos and video:
