One Industries was all setup in the heart of the action during the first ever 2014 Red Bull Straight Rhythm. The stomping grounds for this new format of racing fired up at Pomona Fairplex Raceway which host something we may all be used to watching, drag racing. However Saturday left the spectators with a new way to watch moto racing.
Fans observed top riders in the sport battle head-to-head down the half-mile track into five back-to-back tabletop sections — a first in the sport; three types of whoops section totaling more than 300 feet, sand section, five-straight on off tables, and a ten pack of jumps that can be taken in a variety of double-triple patterns. 80 total jumps on the course and toughest part of the track is the very first rhythm section, and nailing those jumps with perfect timing could change everything.
